What is grief ?
Grief is one of the hardest and most profound emotions humans ever experience. At times, it feels like you are losing your mind and that you will never experience normalcy again.

You want and need comfort, but may not be part of a larger organization. Meet with our members and we will help you find like-minded individuals and groups that follow your beliefs and interests.

Helping yourself heal
Society puts a lot of pressure on us to “get over,” “heal,” or “move on.” The reality is grief is a life-long journey. And until you live each and every day, you don’t know exactly what it is you have lost. Identify people in your life who “get it.” Those who let you talk, share your feelings, and LISTEN without judgment… and sometimes without advice. Accepting a loss
The needs of a non-traditional thinkers, Humanists, and Freethinkers who grieve are slightly different from others because of your beliefs regarding life and death. We are here to support you and help you accept the challenges you face. We will help connect you with groups and services that embrace your beliefs and help you move forward.
Grief counseling
While it may be hard to ask for help sometimes, when it comes to healing from something so large as a loss of a loved one, help is necessary. Grief is too big of an obstacle to go it alone.
